On May 1, 2024, GEI Works LLC and Enviro-USA™ proudly announced their merger, combining two leading forces in environmental solutions to create a powerhouse in the industry. This strategic union brought together complementary expertise, resources, and innovative technologies to better serve customers and address evolving environmental challenges worldwide.

The merger leveraged GEI Works LLC’s decades of experience as a premier provider of environmental containment solutions with Enviro-USA’s™ strong domestic and international partnerships in water pollution prevention. By joining forces, the newly formed entity, Enviro-USA™, now offers an expanded portfolio of products and services, providing comprehensive solutions for industries ranging from construction and oil & gas to agriculture and municipal sectors.

GEI Works began working with vendors to provide customers with a variety of products and services in the erosion, pollution, and storage markets. Eventually, we realized we could better serve our customers as a manufacturer by delivering custom solutions backed by our expertise and broad industry knowledge, drawing on multiple approaches to solve each challenge.

We began by developing innovative products for the construction and industrial sectors, helping customers protect job sites and surrounding environments through effective silt, debris, and pollution control. As our expertise grew, so did our capabilities, expanding into the oil, gas, mining, and wastewater industries with solutions designed to meet increasingly complex environmental challenges. Today, we proudly manufacture both standard and custom-engineered products in the United States, combining decades of industry expertise with a commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility to serve customers across a wide range of industries around the world.

These individuals knew what they wanted, and Enviro-USA’s job has always been to accommodate their specific needs.
